Handcrafted & Made-to-Order
All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Each piece is carefully crafted by hand, so production times may vary depending on the complexity of the item.
Production Time
- Simple designs: 3–5 business days
- Standard designs: 5–7 business days
- Complex designs: 7–10 business days
Production begins after payment is confirmed. You will be notified if additional time is needed for your specific order.
Shipping Time
Once your order is completed, shipping times are as follows:
- North America (US & Canada): 7–15 business days
- Asia Pacific: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Please allow for production time + shipping time when estimating your delivery date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
