Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wen92304@gmail.com with photos of the damage. To ensure your claim can be processed, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. In the event of any issues, please provide the unboxing video along with photos of the damage when contacting us. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted. -
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
